Want to be a dog trainer? Greenville Tech, Fall 2008

The date has been set for another offering of Good Dog 101 at Greenville Technical College!  This is a unique offering for aspiring dog trainers, those in allied professions such as veterinarians, veterinary assistants, shelter/rescue professionals and fosters, and anyone who wants to understand our canine friends’ behavior in depth.  Take the first step by enrolling in this fun, informative course which combines academics, including ethology and learning theory, with hands-on experience.  The course begins Monday, September 8.  Classes will be held Monday and Friday 6-8pm, and Saturday 9am-1pm, for 8 weeks.  Contact  Mira@TailLightsDogs.com for a course syllabus.

I’m truly excited to be part of this pioneering effort by Greenville Tech in conjunction with the Association of Pet Dog Trainers. Greenville Technical College is the Upstate’s quality educational institution, offering excellence locally and globally.
